Hi, I'm Crystal Moore!

I’ve been a Certified Fitness Instructor in 3 group-fitness formats (for both adults and children) for 8 years now. I have a Diploma in Sports & Exercise Nutrition, and I’m also a Certified Children’s Fitness Coach.
